This program is designed to transform how you think about food, your body, your life and what you want out of the time you have left on this earth! In these 30 days, you will learn how to read ingredient labels, cut your sugar cravings, gain confidence and rely on whole, real foods to optimize your health*! *Typical results from past members include weight loss, increase in energy, sharper cognitive function, better sleep, improved digestion, less joint pain, etc! You get out what you put in ;) Meetings are held on zoom on Wednesday evenings at 8pm EST and will be recorded for those who cannot attend live. We kick off on April 15th and run through May 14th, 2024! We continue for another 10 days to help guide you in identifying unique food sensitivities/intolerances (this is optional but included in the program).
