I'm Angie Morales

As a Miami-based Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I am dedicated to helping you transform your health, one meal at a time. I firmly believe that true wellness starts from within, and by nourishing your body properly, you can build lasting health from the inside out.

Before becoming a mother, I maintained a relatively healthy lifestyle, staying active and feeling well both physically and emotionally. However, after having my three children, I began to experience a range of health challenges—constant fatigue, mood swings, weight gain, frequent illness, and what many call "pregnancy brain." Initially, I attributed these symptoms solely to hormonal changes, but deep down, I knew there had to be more to the story. This realization sparked my journey to uncover the true impact of nutrition on overall well-being.

My Journey into Functional Nutrition

In late 2015, I was struggling with persistent health issues like fatigue, brain fog, and digestive discomfort. After consulting with my doctor, I was placed on an elimination diet that revealed my body was reacting to certain foods I had previously considered "healthy." Within just a couple of months, I experienced significant improvements—losing 17 pounds and noticing clearer mental focus—but I still felt something was missing. My energy levels remained low, and I wasn’t experiencing the full recovery I had hoped for.

It wasn’t until I began focusing on replacing ultra-processed "healthy" foods with whole, nutrient-dense ingredients that my body truly began to heal. This shift not only helped me reverse many of my health concerns, but it also ignited a passion for understanding the deeper connection between nutrition and wellness.

In 2017, I began my career as a personal chef, yet I quickly realized that I wanted to do more than just prepare meals—I wanted to create personalized nutrition strategies that truly supported my clients' unique needs. This led me to pursue formal training, and in 2018, I became a certified Functional Nutrition Practitioner through the Nutritional Therapy Association.

Today, I use my expertise in holistic nutrition to empower others to take control of their health using the power of real, nourishing food!
