Is my transformation guaranteed? 

Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee you any results. I can say however, that if you follow the plan and make a commitment to yourself to be disciplined for the next 30 days, you WILL see changes. Lifestyle changes take time and dedication but if you stick to the plan, you’ll be amazed at your progress.

Is there a money-back guarantee? 

With these types of programs, there isn’t. See question one!

What if I can’t cook? 

There’s an entire group of people who have joined before that would consider themselves “bad cooks” and almost every single one of them has reached out to me to thank me for helping them learn to love cooking. Even if you’re no chef right now, this program is designed to help you find a love and a knack for cooking!

What’s the time commitment here? 

We have a one hour family meeting each week and it is recorded in case you cannot attend live. To join in with all the activities and set yourself up for success, you should be prepared to spend the next 30 days really diving into this one area of your life. That being said, we’re creating life changes here. Instead of thinking of this as a 30 day challenge or having an expiration date, go into this program thinking, this is the first 30 days of the rest of my life. 

Is there anyone this program wouldn’t work for? 

The only reason you’d need to reconsider this plan is if your doctor has you on a very specific diet. This challenge is designed to cut out all the crap in your diet, but some people have very specific dietary requirements. If you have specific health concerns, reach out! I’d be happy to answer those questions.

As a society, we have forgotten the power of REAL FOOD and it’s my job to guide you back! I am also a single mother of 3 young children, so I understand the importance of making sure these changes are realistic in our busy world!
